Service Description
Appropriate for ALL levels. Bring a mat (and if you own them, your own blocks and strap), all other materials are supplied. We will use the practice of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra ("Yogic sleep") to help transform chronic pain and stress responses into “healing habits”... established healing responses that are just as powerful and effective as the pain and-stress habits we may inadvertently reinforce. Relaxation and breath work in particular are healing for chronic pain and stress, and will allow the body to put it's focus back into growth, repair, immune function, digestion, reproduction, etc. The relaxation teaches the mind and body how to rest in a sense of safety rather than chronic emergency.

Cancellation Policy
Private Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or client will be charged the full rate of the session. Workshops/Series: If you cancel 7 days PRIOR to the start of the workshop you will be issued a refund minus a 20% workshop admin fee. No refunds, transfers or credits for cancellations within 7 days of workshop start date. In addition, there are no refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the workshop. There are NO refunds on discounted classes (Class passes) or for unused classes. If there is a serious medical emergency or extenuating circumstances those will be considered on an individual basis PRIOR to your extended absence. This does not include extended travel or vacations so please plan accordingly.
