Service Description
(5) 1.5 hour personalized Therapeutic Yoga Sessions designed with your goals, conditions and comfort in mind, whether you are coming out of acute phases of injury or illness, pre-habbing or rehabbing from surgery, or just looking for relief or healing from pain, physical, or psychological stress. We will address habits of movement or daily living that prevent you from reaching your goals and to help prevent any further issues or re-injury. Your personalized plan will Include detailed intake, assessment, breath, meditation and asana practice and/or education specific to your needs, as well as other tools and modalities helpful for your condition (such as self-myofascial release, etc.). I will develop take-home instruction/practice materials designed personally for you, and to encourage an active role in your healing, with follow up or adjustments as necessary to help you meet your goals. Support is always available through chat, email, text or phone, even Zoom if requested; questions and feedback are always encouraged to fine tune your program. Cancellation Policy
Private Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or client will be charged the full rate of the session. Workshops/Series: If you cancel 7 days PRIOR to the start of the workshop you will be issued a refund minus a 20% workshop admin fee. No refunds, transfers or credits for cancellations within 7 days of workshop start date. In addition, there are no refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the workshop. There are NO refunds on discounted classes (Class passes) or for unused classes. If there is a serious medical emergency or extenuating circumstances those will be considered on an individual basis PRIOR to your extended absence. This does not include extended travel or vacations so please plan accordingly.
